Anyone selling land in southern Trempealeau county or know of someone who is?

Where did you find that mess MO!:eek: LOL They will be lucky to get $210,000 for that place. It is not in the prime hunting area of Trempealeau Co at all. The only thing that place has going for it is it location in proximity to Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI. There is a reason it isn't zoned ag as well, that area has some of the sandiest soils in the county. No way they get 5G's an acre when that sells.

I'm looking at some land south of Tremp tomorrow, for much lower than 5k acre.

Those pieces have a better chance of selling near the asking price. I have looked at the first place. I have not seen the second listing, interesting place with all that river frontage.
