Who sells shrubs in plugs?

Any that you guys know of that sells ROD and ninebark in plugs instead of Bareroot? I am having trouble finding a supplier for these. Thanks.

Both nine bark and ROD grow from cuttings. If you don't want to plant cuttings for survivability reasons you could always start a bunch in cups or planters in the basement over the winter.

Years ago I ordered a bunch of bare root ROD. When I got tired of digging holes I just clipped them off and poked them in. Surprisingly many lived.
