What variety?

Have these old apple trees. My property was a commercial orchard years ago. A few trees left. No clue what it is, likely a common variety though. Hudson valley NY.

Evidence: striped red over green, lopsided, somewhat susceptble to Cedar Apple Rust... could be Gala.
Make a list of common local apples from the time the orchard was in production.
