What is it?

Any idea what this thing sitting up is? Could it be a wolf sitting scratching its neck?
There is also something in the bottom of the picture.

Definitely a canine but tough to tell the exact size. If you have wolves in the area thats probably what it is

It could be a coyote, or wolves, I have plenty of both this year.
