Supporting loaded limbs?

My pear trees are loaded and my fear is that as the fruit further matures/ripens they'll cause limbs to break. Can anyone offer any suggestions for supporting or will they be ok?

Limbs overloaded and/or at bad crotch angles can break.
Here's what I have done:

Pull some fruit off each limb and throw them on the ground. Problem solved.

I knocked a good bit of fruit off of a younger kieffer pear tree just a couple days ago. It was just too young and weak to support that much fruit much like yours looks
