Sounds like a strategic leverage move by Monsanto to force the hand of the EPA. If you don't approve our new formulation ASAP, those bad farmers are going to spray a worse formulation when no one is looking...

I don't get why they would not rotate to liberty beans Rather than spray an illegal herbicide.

Because Liberty doesnt kill all the weeds either. Its better than Glyphosate on most, but not 100%
