Sorghum sudan grass/buckwheat seeding rate?

I'm planning on planting 1 acre with a sorghum sudan grass/ buckwheat mix. I have 50 lbs of each. The field has had RU last fall and last week and has been disced. I'll be broadcasting the seed. The goal is to throw and mow winter rye and clover this fall. I've planted pure stands of S/S grass before usually around 40 lbs/acre. I guess I'm thinking i don't want the buckwheat to over take the S/S grass. Suggestions on seeding rates would be appreciated?

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't calculate the blended rate for me, just asks for me submit an order! Perhaps I'm missed something?

I needed to plant, so I just went ahead with the full rates suggested.
