Rubber Roof Water hole.

Trapper LM

5 year old buck +
I built this pond with a FEL about 10 years ago on very sandy soil. I acquired some tear off rubber roofing from a local roofer for free and lined the pond. Then I put another 30X30 piece on the uphill side to catch rain water to keep filling it. No leaks that I know of as it always remains full.

That’s awesome!

Very cool. Most of my soil has very little clay as well.....I have swimming pool liner I think I may try to use for a water-hole liner.

Nice!

That is nice.

Yours looks much nicer than mine but it works like a champ.
