I started this pear from seed 3 years ago, my dad sent me cuttings from a tree in his yard in Iowa back to Pa, his name is Terry, so I named the pear "Terry Peary " one of the pictures below is one he sent me last year, he says it bears this heavy every year.
The graft is in its 3rd year on 4 year seeding roots and flowering heavy, and not even 4ft tall yet, I have this pear on 3 year old topworked grafts on mature trees that have no flower buds.
The tree had about 10 flowers on it last year which I removed, I will probably remove them all again in hope that the tree will put on some growth, seems like a dwarf so far though.
