Muzzle loader slugs

We have often had the same issues....almost no blood with shockwaves, but dead deer. On a rare shot we will get good trails. I have switched to 44 mag bullets in a sabot but can't report on results yet.

I agree with the above.....love BH209. Pellets are simple, but my accuracy now is unbelievable compared to my trials with pellets.
