Looking for Forest Management Admin

I am looking for a Timber Harvest Admin in Northern Minnesota, Itasca Co. What is a typical % that should be expected. I have already recieved a few quotes but all range from 13%-20%. I have read other places that less than 10 % is normal.

Does anyone have any names, that I could contact?
