That scenario would be my worst nightmare just from the dog barking, dog running, trespassing threats. Bout 2 miles below my place on a very rural dirt road, landowner cut 5 to 10 acre narrow lots...probably a dozen of em or so. Keep in mind this area is very rural. Pretty much every one of those 10 acre lots has a mobile home and 3 pit bull cross breeds running around. I cringe for the neighbor to the north of em with his 75 acres.
Nice subdivision with HOA requirements and folks that follow leash laws might not be bad. But folks way out in the country, particularly down south, for some reason feel their dogs should be allowed to roam the county at will and don't pay much attention to respecting other's property.
