Hello!

Bill

Administrator
Based the distinctive location and size of the brows Im pretty certain this is a close relative of a buck I knew well a few years back.

Second year of me noticing him around the farm. If he's like his father he will have an ugly but cool rack. I'm praying he has his Dad's personality.

Grainy pics that I had to lighten but there the best ones so far.

:eek::eek::eek: NICE!!!

Good gracious. You need to go out and buy a 10 foot bushhog to keep a path mowed that he will be able to travel.

We wouldn't want him getting hung up on anything - well maybe except your wall.

Impressive especially the brows!

Going to try and dig up an old "live" pic of what I think must be a relative. Same long brows high up on the main beam.

Wow.

love that buck!

I love the wide ones. Keep track of him, Bill !!

What do you put in his water? I think we need some of it! He's a nice one Bill!

No new pics but he isn't far.

I hope :)

And he still has 2 months to grow.

He's got a skinny neck but the Roman nose tells me it will fill in.

Predicting 4.5 in the fall.

That skinny neck will look like an Angus Bull's neck in November!!

I posted a video last fall of a nice up and coming 10 that walked by me on stand. Had pics of him through January. Can't be sure but I think this may be him. He had points close together like this.

Hope he he walks by at 10'yards this or next year.

Wow! I had a three man bachelor group show up this week. Pretty stoked but all three won't add up to that guy.

Woa baby - don't be giving me a heart attack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is why I sometimes pause before posting pics of some of the deer we have running around.

No way in h&ll there would be this many deer like this on the east coast or many places. Not saying one doesn't sqeak out. But their not the norm. It's not that I'm doing anything great or different.

We probably let less deer with potential walk than guys in other places. It's just that our neighborhood and environment allow bucks to mature.

It's why I haven't killed a buck in NJ for 20 years. The best buck I could "likely" kill in NJ gets a pass for 2 more years in MO.

But I don't fault a guy in NJ for killing 2.5 YO 8 point because that's a trophy there and killing it meant they let the legal Y walk.

I'm blessed to be able to play in the mid west. And my jersey neighbors are blessed that we don't kill any bucks.
