See the Midwest hazelnut org has updated their fact sheet about new cultivars. These are being grown to eventually try to establish a commercial presence in the Midwest. Most to be available by 2021, some by 2020. Too early for listing which nurseries will eventually carry what but the one showing the most cultivars for Spring 2020 is actually in Ontario so not sure even possible to ship to US.
