Found 4 oaks in the barn that didn't get planted and have leaved out. I add water sorb to the bucket when I'm planting so they have been sitting that bucket since mid April.

They want to live. Maybe put them in a roottrapper bag and see how much growth they put on with some good old fashioned babying, and then put them in their permanent location when they go dormant in the fall.

Yeah that's just what I did, the are potted and in the shade for awhile then partial sun and then full sun.
