fire blight???

This is fire blight ...right??
If so can I prun just below black limb and that's it? Anything else I need to know?
Can I prun the bad limb now or wait untill dormant?

Yep - sooner the better. Don't forget the bleach solution. That way you don't spread it elsewhere. Fireblight is a bacterial infection, so burn the limb.
