What are members using for fruit trees?

i started my orchard jan'19 with 30 bare root trees from wildlife group

All are dormant now , but will wake up in ~ 6 weeks here

I use the Bonide all seasons dormant oil. I don’t spray it on till early spring after everything is no longer freezing but before the trees wake up.

Is there a recommended timeframe you would want to wait between pruning and applying dormant oil?
