Digital Camera?

Anyone have a suggestion for a decent digital camera that can fit into small places in backpack.

Not looking for anything crazy, or want to have multiple lenses. But would like to take a decent photo.

Something under 250 hopefully.

Just want something to start doing a better job of cataloging my hunts, as well as habitat projects.

Tired of relying on my phone. Then it breaks or I loose it the next year.

IMO the most important feature for a field use digital camera is that it be waterproof and shockproof. I want the biggest weather weenie in the mix to be me, not my gear! To that end, I would highly recommend an Olympus Tough TG-6 camera even though it's $80 above your stated price point.
