Cheapest pear tree source?

I am shopping for cold hardy pears, zone 4b, and most prices I am seeing are for 25-30$ per tree. Anyone know a decent place cheaper than that for patten, luscious, early gold etc?

Typically you are paying for a size class of tree, I suspect at $25-30 per tree these are 4'-5'. What size are you looking at?

Most seem to be 3-4 foot, I don't care what size really but that's the smallest I have seen. I am sw of Wallace Woodstock nursery and they say they have some success with Bartlett, not sure what that means exactly
