That deer licking the block is a stud!

OK I haven't perfected posting pics on this site yet/But it's flooding here in La. so I have lots of time to practice.

Let see if this works. Not the pic I was looking for but a 184" 4 yr old found locked up last Oct. with average 3 yr old 8 pt then drowned in pondIMG_0092.JPG

Those buck just make me smile.

Tell me about your block setup. Why elevate it? Do this with only mineral or something else too?

We elevate them so we can get a better look at them on camera. With the head down and grass tall it gets difficult to get good pictures. Also gives us a better way to judge size. The top of the rim is 48". It also helps keep the mineral block from the little critters.
