A Febuary Day

I'm stuck at work and youngest son is out on the lake chasing geese. He sent me this pic about an hour ago;

I have to say as a father I'm impressed...three of them used a chainsaw to cut through a foot of ice and then shoved the chunks under and set up a very sexy spread. Baby boy was paying attention all these years!

That looks great. I know nothing about goose hunting. Those are all decoys, correct?

Yep, those boys put in some work today, but this late in the season as hard as our local birds have been hunted they have a PHD in stay alive...I think they have two birds.

Yep junior was paying attention. Tweedle dee and tweedle dumb on the backside are set just right as a landing pad....
