Since someone asked and GRIN scions are up in the air for everyone, I thought I'd start the annual scion exchange thread a little early.
What I have:
Unfortunately, I don't have much in the way of apples to offer but I do have Jujube and American Persimmon. I also have one hybrid Persimmon I'm experimenting with called Nikita's Gift. Jujube and American Persimmon scions keep pretty well, but I've had issues with Nikita's Gift. I can collect the others anytime folks want them, but I'd suggest waiting until March (toward the end of dormancy) if you plan to bark graft the Nikita's gift in the field. If you are cleft grafting which is done dormant, I can collect when you are ready to use them.
What I need:
PI 588866 Kerr
PI 588870 Dolgo
PI 588909 Centennial
PI 613818 Wickson
PI 589425 Dasyealyx
PI 589768 GMAL 2369
PI 589777 PRI 1918-1
PI 589824 Jonsib Crab
PI 589976 GMAL 2892
PI 213405 Golden Hornet
PI 613941 Coop 41
PI 613990 KAZ 96 06-03
The above was my order from GRIN, but I'd be happy with anything that is you think is disease resistant and low maintenance. That was my primary criteria. As for timing, I'm grafting indoors so I can use the scions as soon as they can be sent. I'm also happy to pay shipping for anyone who doesn't need my Jujube or Persimmon scions.
Thanks,
Jack
