A few years back it was second day of season. One brother in law offered the use of his stand to the other brother in law. Second B in law climbed up in the stand before daylight and could smell $hit. It was not coon $shit. Come daylight it was all over his boots and on the rungs of the ladder stand. He had no choice but to climb down and get it all over his coveralls and gloves/hands.. Of course they were hunting many miles form home and he put up with it all day.
My first B in law finally admitted he had to go on the first day and went under his stand. They don't hunt together any more and this is just one of many reasons.
