I did put down 2 lbs of Dutch white clover yesterday. In Missouri our archery season actually runs through the middle of January so even a winter food source could draw them in during the season. It's a new property and I'm sure there will be much reevaluation over the next few years. I'm trying hard to balance getting a lot done with also avoiding making changes that are more permanent until I have a better feel for how things will go.. There are so many things we can't control that I'm working hard on making wise choices in the things I can control. Worst case scenario is the clover doesn't work out and I need to adapt in the next year or two.
