What kills it ?

What is this and what kills it? I have sprayed Butyrac (24db), Raptor, Basagran and some others and have not killed it. I am either using the wrong herbicide, the wrong concentration or waiting until the plant is too big to kill it.

It's curley (or curled) dock (rumex crispus). The 24db label says 3 quarts per acre before it gets 3 inches tall.

IF your spot spraying, add some gly to the mix too.

I always need to spray dock more than once. It has incredible energy reserves. I would recommend mowing or weed whipping it first, and then spray it when it grows back.

That shit has incredible root energy reserves. I chop it off at ground level every time I see it pop up in a nursery row and it doesn't seem to even phase it. I have tilled it up during Spring planting and it looks like a carrot on steroids.
