What are these?

I have a couple different bushes that I want to make sure what there are. If anyone can help me out.

Bottom one is ginseng, your rich! Just kidding. It is a look alike thou. I believe it's wild sasparilla. I found a huge patch of it on my land, thought it was ginseng. haha, that's how I know what is.

Actually looking at it again it's not sasparilla the leaves are matching. Not sure, maybe Virginia creeper?

Thanks guys! It doesnt look like deer use them much, but the winterberry will atleast provide some ground cover.
 
Winterberry is an outstanding winter food for birds, especially bluebirds. It might not be a deer shrub, but it is an excellent habitat shrub for various types of birds.

I know they are definitely not preferred by deer because the berries are all over the place on my land all thru the winter, but I did witness a doe right in front eating a bunch of the berries.
