I did a little research and came away with this:

Blindweed farming​

I made this Blindweed farming guide to help players who want to farm the herbs instead of buying them from the Auction House. It's recommended to have around Herbalism 235, so you won't get herb fragments. Blindweed can only be found at the edge of the water, never more than a foot away.
