I think smartweed has a longer and darker green leaf.
That looks like red root pigweed to me. It can be gly resistant so smoke it with 2-4,D if that won't hurt what's in your plot. What's in the plot?

I was hoping maybe that was it. The plot has corn in it and I just hit it with Halex GT last weekend. I have a serious gly resistant ragweed issue with this plot which is why I used Halex GT. I have had some red root pigweed too, but not this bad. Halex GT is supposed to kill them both. Thanks Bill
