Venison Fondue...

Last night the wife wanted to try something different so I pulled out a tenderloin from the freezer and thawed it out. Once I thawed, I cut it into 1 inch cubes or so...on a handful I soaked in teriyaki, another handful I smothered with salt and pepper, and the remaining few I smothered in a spicy seasoning. For the Fondue we used beef broth and water. Cooked each piece for about 3 minutes and they were delicious. If I had to do it again, I would forego the teriyaki marinade.

Quick, easy, and delicious. (Though I do wonder if fondue a tenderloin is a sin of some sort, lol.)
