My home owner policy covers the tractor while at my residence but not while hauling or at the farm. Anyone have tractor insurance beyond their home owners? Hit the interwebs but not much info out there
I do through Farm Bureau Ins. It's pretty inexpensive, I pay around 50 dollars a year. I've never made a claim so I'm not sure how well they'd take care of it, but the few claims I've had over the years were all taken care of well.
Mine is an older tractor so even if it was stolen, we're talking 3500 or so.
I had a separate inland marine policy that covered my Kubota and all listed implements. Not cheap and I only kept it a few years. I built an enclosed storage area for the Kubota that kept it out of sight and out of the weather with a few years savings of not having the policy.
My insurance agent is a personal friend from way back in 1972. I believe she used Lloyds of London for the coverage.

I am gonna call Farm bureau this wk an see if the still do this. I would consider switching all my stuff at this point. Think they may be a lil more geared toward my life style

Farm Bureau is constantly battling sportsman in some states, do your homework. They also charge a membership fee for each person, and have high agent turnover.
