They're trying to build the nation's largest wind turbines here which will butcher all the eagles and endangered bats. We get winter eagles and a few residents.

Years ago my brother and I were working for a mason contractor we were two or three stories high working on scaffolding building a stone fireplace for a multimillion dollar lake home. I digress so we are up there with another mason banging away on the stonework and we start discussing that a great horned owl has been killing our mothers chickens at the house and we need to shoot it. The guy we are working with is about to lose his shit. I thought he may vibrate himself right off the roof at this point. My brother turns to him straight faced says we just eat the owls their great taste just like bald eagle. He finally figured out we had been fooling with him all morning.
