John Prine is on the ventilator with covid. Being 73 and lung cancer survivor, his odds aren’t good at all. He was such a legend and irreplaceable. As fate sometimes works, I was fortunate to buy a farm in muhlenberg county kentucky where his famous song Paradise is written about. I wanted to name my place Prineland Plantation but was overruled by the wife, but in my mind that is what it’s called!

Dang, my dad always listened to John Prune. I became a fan myself. The paradise song touched home with me also. The line about " the Rochester dam, my friends and I spent are childhood fishing and hanging out at the dam in Rochester,WI. I hope he pulls through hate to loose another legend.
