Switchgrass

Switchgrass is a warm season grass that doesn't break dormancy until well after the cool season grasses and weeds have started growing. I've sprayed glyphosate right over the top of dormant switchgrass in early spring after the cool season stuff has gotten started and have had great results.

I sprayed my first year switchgrass growth with methylated seed oil/qinclorac and it murdered the foxtail and crabgrass. My first year switch was probably 4ft tall at that point though if your switch is much smaller the quinclorac might damage it some
