Summer annual mix plans

I have a new ozark farm that I'd like to get some foodplots in and a soil building program going. I have somewhere around 70 acres of pasture and I'd like to get some plots going on some of it. I have invested in a Great PLains 3p606nt no till with all the boxes. Most of the pasture is cool season grasses, probably mostly fescue and orchard grass with a substantial portion of white clovers. The clovers in some of it were great this year, almost purse stands in places, deer are digging through the snow for it. I want to be able to have winter annuals so I think Ii need to kill the sod with Gly and then drill in the dead sod a summer mix. I'm thinking I'd like to do a diverse mix of Sunn Hemp, buckwheat, milo, sorghum sudan, sun flowers and cowpeas. Thoughts on this mix? If I went with 1/6th of the planting rate for each would that be right?

Baker would probably tell you to add joint vetch.
