The best steel target hanger’s I’ve ever used I’m not crazy about their targets but those T-post hangers are the bomb diggity. For targets I prefer idpa similar to these.

I've used a handful of the conveyor belt mounts and other t-post sleeve methods from other popular brands in the precision rifle world and the hang fast are awesome for noise and steel movement. Only thing I wouldn't like them for is if you have to have quick follow up shots on the same steel because they're likely to be swinging all over and could have some odd ricochets on the following shots.

Those could be fun also. I will say white painted steel targets are perhaps the fastest way to build shooting form muscle memory the instant audio and visual feedback is tough to beat for this purpose.
