Spacing for newly grafted apples in nursery?

I have five 4'x8' raised beds in the garden I plan to plant my apple grafts in. How many trees should I plant in each raised bed?

Not enough information. Are the new trees being raised for two years or 20? What rootstocks are used. What is your goal for the trees?

Yes, I'd say. Probably a temporary grafting bed for later transplanting. But some people put the trees in a raised bed and plant 3 different varieties of dwarf trees right together on one end of a 4'x8' plot and 3 on the other end.
