Soft red wheat?

I will be planting my fall plots in a few weeks. The only variety of ww the seed store has available is soft red wheat. Is this variety a preferred food of deer? Or should I try to find a different variety somewhere else? It will be mixed with oats, winter rye and diakon radishes.

I know you said "ww", but is it the winter or spring variety? Just make sure it is the winter type, so frost doesn't smoke it early and you should be fine.
