I agree with stu, likely one of the many white globe types of turnip. Or it could just be a purple top that didn't get the color in the bulb. I have seen smaller green globe turnips that came out all white fleshed as well. They are developing a ton of new brassica varieties down in New Zealand and Australia all the time, and many of them have all white globes.
