Bill Administrator Jul 26, 2017 #4 I recall most of us observing little to no chase phase last fall. Seemed like a slow rut. Maybe it was just more spread out thus the late droppers.

B Ben.MN/WI 5 year old buck + Jul 26, 2017 #6 If a fawn drops in August in Wisconsin, it is in trouble. I'm sure it happens occasionally, but I don't think the fawn will survive the winter. If that doe is just fat, that is impressive.
