Land butting up against 18 houses?

That scenario would be my worst nightmare just from the dog barking, dog running, trespassing threats. Bout 2 miles below my place on a very rural dirt road, landowner cut 5 to 10 acre narrow lots...probably a dozen of em or so. Keep in mind this area is very rural. Pretty much every one of those 10 acre lots has a mobile home and 3 pit bull cross breeds running around. I cringe for the neighbor to the north of em with his 75 acres.

Nice subdivision with HOA requirements and folks that follow leash laws might not be bad. But folks way out in the country, particularly down south, for some reason feel their dogs should be allowed to roam the county at will and don't pay much attention to respecting other's property.

Look at it math based- 18xs the likelihood of a horrid neighbor or the best one ever. With 18chances, I’d suspect a few of each type and all it takes is one to change the dynamics.
