I don't have autumn olive here so not that good at ID of it. Some of the guys who do have it should be able to say for sure. Looks like it to me.

Looks like AO to me. I have a little of it and I kill it when I find it, but it always seems to pop up somewhere on my place. The leaves on mine tend to be slightly lighter in color than in the OP pic, but that could be just the lighting in the pic.

Are the underside of the leaves sort of silver color? I'm with Tap, looks too dark for the AO I'm use to...

Pro tip for IDing AO, even when the leaves drop. The smallest stems, when looked at closely, have little silver flecks in the bark. Good to know for post season removal.
