How to drive a tractor

Today was round 2 of the cleanup & I taught the wife to drive the tractor. At first she was reluctant but then she came off it with a smile a mile wide, saying I LIKE THIS. I guess my seat time will be limited.

Mine doesn't drive stick - happy accident that I prefer a clutch for precision work? Maybe. :D

My wife has somehow not learned how to use the lawn mower in 22 years of marriage ... :confused:

My mother probably drove more as a kid. I only saw her drive the tractor when we baled hay. John Deere 60, McCormick Deering 50T baler, and me and dad stacking on the wagon. You learned to hang on. She was not very smooth with either the brakes or the hand clutch.
