It's a good idea allright.....however it works off WIFI and you need something that works off Bluetooth.....at least that is what I think. I never know enough about this tech chit. grin

i guess you would still need to climb the drill ....... to check camera function

Let us know how this works out for you. I would like to monitor some functions while operating from the drivers seat. It would be pretty cool to have a small, affordable camera to view some things on the fly.

Last summer I used a magnetic phone holder to video seeds being drilled out of the small seed box. But it was a hassle to start the video and hustle into the cab and get underway.....then back off the tractor to shut off the video. <-------having that ability from the drivers seat would sure be nice.

It would be really nice to see the seed being dropped into the trench...I frequently can't find many of my drilled seeds and rely on hope.

I did just that with my cell phone.....but in truth it was hard to see very much. It all happens so quickly. I did post up my drill dropping seeds somewhere last summer.
