Frog tape for flashing?

I bought deer view windows that install on the inside as I used 2x4 s to frame. Would frog tape flashing be adequate until I find metal flashing?

Thanks

Should. I looked it up and it has 6 month UV resistance. That's what usually makes it fail in my experience.

I think the UV break down is going to be your enemy with any product. With that said Zip Tape is pretty freaking amazing. I would use it for a million projects if it wasn't so pricy. I haven't found anything it wont stick to yet.

Is there a more permanent flashing that I don’t have to cut with tin snips?

From a contractor. It's not a house so I wouldn't get too crazy. Flash the sides first and then top with Zip or Pella tape. leave the bottom open for drainage (always). Then I would trim it out with composite (PVC) 1x4 and seal the edges with OSI Quad Max. Spray foam the inside with great stuff window and door.

All I did was caulk around them and take a piece of drip edge and turn upside down like a rain trough and put right above window
