What kind and where did you get them?

Well, I guess you're getting an early start on the season! That said, I hope they hold off shipping the remainder of your order for another month or so. If not, if you can hold these trees between 32 and 42 degrees until you're ready to plant, you will be fine. Frankly, I'd call and ask your order be held until at least April 1st. It's hard enough to make sure your trees get off to a good start without you having to keep them in dormancy yourself.

Wow. I was up at my place pruning and still have snow up past my knees in most spots. Wish the snow was gone there. Temps have been perfect for frost seeding but I ain’t spreading seed on 2+ feet of snow.

I have a dozen new trees in the ground, with some Callaways leafing out already. Everything I frost seeded a few weeks ago will likely sprout this week.
