Deer love sugar beets

I haven't but I may try using some this year, with a Aug 1 planting in my area we still get some pigweed pressure. Deer will browse the pigweed some but don't want it going to seed and taking over the plot in following years.

Any idea what pre emergents work for brassicas? The dual 2 doesn’t appear to list brassicas but it lists sugar beets.

Stinger/Sonora which is brassica safe also has a relatively long soil residual, so that could be an option.
Google says Prowl H20 and other searches say Treflan(may need to be incorporated into the soil).
