cooking on the 4th

I got some BB ribs and 10# of chicken on the smoker. I got rub on them and cooking.
This is before pictures. What's everyone cooking for the 4th?

We cooked some bratwurst before fireworks last night.

Snack till ya drop.

Meat tray, dips for chips/crackers, etc.

Non stop feeding frenzy

The salmon are all young coho's, so they will be good on the grill.

You had to start this, didn't you Huntall ?? !!:) Grilled chicken that's been marinating for 36 hrs. in 3 different flavors of marinade, grilled asparagus, sweet onions and peppers, and then some home-made baked beans.

Only an evil man would put a pic of ribs like these ^^^^ on here before supper time !!!!! :D:p

LOL.....Yep, just got done eating and I'm stuffed. I bet I can still find room for another helping come supper time.

SURE!! :) We have a microbrewery just up the highway 8 miles from me.

Just golfed 18 with my buddy, drank 10 beers each and the course gave away free johnsonville's. Got home and raked 20 acres of hay, right before the ball and chain throws on Ribs with Corn on the cob! Can't beat the 4th!
