Balsamic vinegar

Guys

My wife loves balsamic vinegar I like it also but not near as much as she does. I take some of my apple cider and boil it down into a syrup add just a little apple cider vinegar when it’s done and you have a very good substitute for balsamic vinegar also I like to add about 25% pear cider it mellows out the flavor. I don’t add vinegar to all of my batch when it’s done I like the syrup as is. Enjoy

Did your wife buy any balsamic while you were in Italy?
I bought some in Italy and it far surpassed any from this country.
I like to mix a little balsamic with vanilla ice cream.

She bought a couple bottles of 25year aged balsamic when we were in Italy it is quite good.

We just buy it I’ve never tried making any.
