Acorns and chestnuts sprouting

So my acorns and chestnuts have started sprouting. Some are 3+” long. Should I plant them now or would potential freezing temps kill them? Ty!

I use big gulp cups to start them out indoors

54 ounces drill 3 holes in the bottom. Mix 1/2 potting mix 1/2 native dirt. I use well or rain/ snow water.
