Acorn sprouted on arrival

I bought 50 dwarf chinquapin oak acorns from Schefield seed and many have radicals started. They also seem to have some mold and black at the ends of some radicle.

Couple questions.
1-since no stratification required, do you plant right away or store for a bit and plant in containers in the winter
2- these nuts in poor condition? See pic below

I plant a lot of sawtooth that come out of the fridge in that condition. Doesn't seem to hurt them any. I container plant them in December.

Ok thanks, I was mostly concerned about the black radicle, thought maybe it was dried out and dead

Maybe a close pic of the radical, I'm on a phone and really see it's color. I don't recall any of my sawtooths being black.

Here are a couple close ups if you can see them. The radicle is about 3/8 inch out and most looks dried out and black.

Some nuts aren’t that bad and some are still white so we’ll see how it goes. Most of them still sink so I guess maybe I’ll plant and take some notes on which turn out and which don’t.
